A year in the life...

It was 1965 and I was onboard an army C47, heading back to Korea after two weeks leave in Japan. As the plane took off and headed west, I looked out the window and saw this view. I grabbed for my camera and took a few quick pictures.I have many beautiful memories of Japan, but this final one still fills me with peace and tranquility.
