A year in the life...

Well, it's now six months since I started this journal. Seems like yesterday, but as I look through the pictures I've posted here, I'm very pleased with the results. The reason that I started this journal is because, as I get older, the time seems to move faster and faster. January seems like, perhaps, a week ago.So I started the journal to be able to mark every day for a year. Each day with a picture and some words. So far, so good.This is a picture of the back exit of the Louvre. An interesting composition. I flattened the tonal range (not the same as posterizing), and played with the colors.
