Time to introduce the Hobbitt.Just as Dali had his Gala, as Stieglitz his Georgia O'Keeffe, and Picasso his (insert list here), I have the Hobbitt. Best friend, lover, partner, inspiration, critic, and subject for my art. And an important person in her own right as well. She appears frequently in my pictures, as you will see.About this picture. One time, while visiting the optician, I asked if they had any old lenses from people who had gotten new prescriptions. The result was a handful of lenses. The one above is a negative lens, the opposite of a close-up lens. (I think of it as "far-up" lenses.)
